The quality was very disappointing. I would not recommend this brand or their products :/ Even the customer support was very rude, impolite, and not cooperative at all. They just say that the bad quality is 'expected' for the price range xD. I would recommend you go to other websites and stay away from this one if you want value for your money.
You bought a grinder , Your friend mishandled the grinder, managed to close the lid tilted.
Solution - Keep dropping the grinder on floor untill the lid starts to loosen up. Open it use it again.
Magnet quality directly relates to the price. you cant expect the 500 rs grinder to work like 2500 rs Grinder. There is a reason for the price difference.

Damages
